Ade is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Ogun State University. He hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University. A Chartered Banker and Fellow of Chartered Institute of bankers of Nigeria. Ade had over twenty five years banking experience in Nigeria Banking Industry where he held various Management position, having started from Society Generate bank, to Gateway Bank Plc, thereafter First Interstate Bank Plc and ended his career in Unity Bank Plc as the Zonal Head Credit Risk management (Lagos & West). He joined the constructions and real estate industry fully in 2015. He attended various training at home and abroad notably Enterprises Risk Management by Mundi Consulting London, United Kingdom, Corporate Leadership Level (I) organized by ICLED Business School of Leadership & Entrepreneurship German Town U.S.A. Risk management by Financial Institution Training Centre Lagos, Fund Intermediation by Central Bank of Nigeria etc. Currently he is an Associate Partner of Total Business Support International Consulting. .
